Hi Karen,

The piano is in the wrong place.  Anywhere it can be in a draft is not
OK.

Advise customer to move the piano before next tuning.

You did what you could with the situation being what it was within the
time constraints.  
If it happens again that the environment is effecting the tuning tell
the customer immediately that way you are absolved of any
responsibility.  Also good idea to check out where the piano is
relative to any heat, air, cool, returns or drafts.
