Hi Terry, I *invented* a brochure for those people who wish to take my valueable time by hounding me on the phone. I have several thousand. You would be welcome to buy them for .10 each. (plus shipping) They *do* eliminate many problem pianos, but not all and I *do* recommend people have myself or another tech look at the piano. They do what I intended and that is get me off the phone and back to the piano at hand. I *always* have one (or more) in my mail box at home, so people can come to pick them up. About 80% of those who call do come around to get one, and about 1 in ten of those highers me to do an appraisal (for which I charge 9/10 of the cost of one tuning).
