Judy, another solution is to take it out and leave it out.

If this is easily bent back into position and a thin strip get an eye
hook and screw it into the back side of the rail so that it is
perfectly align between two keys. Get a thin screw long enough to
reach the key frame or key bed.

If it goes down to the key bed and it is thin material there glue a
block of wood so the screw will have a deep enough bit to held well.

Carefully mark the screw location on the two keys, drill a hole down
between these keys so that each key is cut away evenly but not to
exceed more than 1/3rd the thickness of each.

NOTE:
Careful take into account the angle of the keys at rest and
Careful take into account the angle of the keys when depressed
relative to the screw position and angle.

This screw should be at least a six and preferable an eight so the
rail cannot bend it.

If the rail is too thick or wide to be easily pulled into alignment
cutting multiple saw kerfs along it's backside about every three to
four inches, but not so deep they will be seen by the public, will
weaken it so it CAN be pull straight.

Carefully thought out procedures and follow through will solve the
problem.
