Affordable Vaccuum

I believe the "RIGID" line now carried by Home Depot has a unit with the
hand cart, and i believe it's under $200.  I've only looked at it in
passing so I'm not sure of the specs., but I will certainly look closer
when I'm ready to upgrade.
