ICQ and cost

Hello Don

I do understand Barrie, we have the same system in Venezuela.  Phone is
charged  by the time (per minute)  With mail you connect, download, answer
off line and connect to transmit again. But ICQ means to stay on line
chatting..

Believe it or not I spend more on phone bills per month than in any other
service
