Roy Ulrich 1) Using another product as a cleaning aid could have been used at some time. 2) Using the incorrect Windex product as a cleaning aid could have been used at some time. 3) The type material used when cleaning could have been unsuitable at some time. 4) The method used when cleaning could have been inappropriate at some time. 5) Or a combination of some or all of these at some time.
