Hi List!

  I just had an amazing experience in customer service. I sent hammer
samples and a typed parts order via UPS to Pianotek Friday the 20th in
the afternoon, they received it Tuesday and Friday morning the bored
hammers and parts were on my doorstep, that's amazing turn-around time
for custom bored hammers.
 On the other side of the spectrum I had a horrific nickel plating
experience with APSCO, details on request. Has anyone used "Stay Tuned
America" listed in the PTG resource book or have other suggestions?
