Your customer may wish to consult the Piano Page at www.ptg.org to find
an RPT in her area.  Although there are some superb technicians on the
Pianotech list (some RPTs and some not), the RPT designation indicates
at least a certain level of demonstrated proficiency, whereas
subscription to the Pianotech list does not.
