Hammer spring replacement

Hi List,
Regarding replacement rails. What information do these places require? Is the
spacing standard, and you just remove the extra springs for the breaks?  I
imagine the mounting holes would be bored at the piano.
Also what are the addresses of Pratt Winn and Wade Boggs?
Just wanting to know
