I've found Breakfree CLP useful.  It has Teflon as part of its' formula.  I 
transfer the Breakfree from its' container (shake well first) and put it into 
a hypo bottle.  A little of this stuff goes a long way.  One drop on a bridge 
pin or agraffe hole is plenty.  It will break up oxidation and leaves a film 
when the solvents evaporate.  Great for metal trapwork/pedal parts as well.
