Brian;
 No, I would not use them if the block were heavily doped or in the process 
of delamination. In my opinion plugs are only efficacious on a sound block 
whose only problem is overly large pinholes, or in 'spot' repair of 
individual pins.
 So............. index and measure three times and cut carefully Brian :-)
