Baldwin studio ringing improvement

Hi Lance,
         If you also add tri cord felt for the fist 6 notes in the tenor
section, you will find another big improvement. In some cases I have had to
increase the bearing on the rear pressure bar to maintain even spacing of
the strings, but the small amount of tuning drag is well worth the effort.
The new 243Hp has this improvment.
