Richard, I tried it a few months ago..the trial version..my first
impression was it is very well thought out.

I haven't purchased it..yet..i still may.

I would suggest trying it out. There was alot of thought that went into
the design. I know it would work for me, but I am a sole proprietor. I
don't see a reason why it wouldn't work for multiple techs.

I tried it at a time when I was buried with work, so it couldn't get my
full attention like it should have. But I still think that the program
is well thought out.
