Barrie the difference between a "small jury of elders" and a "machine" doing
the scoring is the difference between subjective and objective standards.
Jury being by definiton subjective and changable from jury to jury. Machine
recorded/measurable standards are by definition objective and they don't
change from jury to jury, theoretically :-)
