Warning, Warning: Advertisement
Why carry around an old action for the repair portion of the test?
For your information, the South Central PA chapter of the PTG offers for
sale a complete set of repair jigs which we manufacture to exam specs.
Restringing, Hammer shaping/replacement, Key bushing, sold individually or
as a complete set. The info did not make it into the 1998 Resource guide,
but I'll try to locate the issue of the Journal that had the pictures and
descriptions. We have sold over 25 sets of repair jigs to satisfied
chapters, institutions, and individuals. Contact me privately if you want
more information.
