Refinishing fiasco (story)

Hi, heard of a similar one just recently with a grand - the person repairs
motprbikes so loves to strip them down, took same approach with the piano
though going further and taking off the strings, one by one - with a socket
set!
Apparently frame (plate) ok but I did not wish to hear more other than to
get the address so as to avoid it.
