Buffing compound for keytops

Dear list,

Situation:  Old Everett Grand with keytops that were replaced decades =
ago with ivorine (?) or early plastic.  Keytops dull looking and have =
mild "splattering" from finish overspray (I think).

Any suggestions on a good buffing compound for the keytops?
