I hope Mr M either has about $3000 laying around, or an insurance policy that covers mistakes. Don't blame Mr M too much. He is only a refinisher, not a piano technician. He didn't know the extent of the damage he did. After this experiment, I'll bet he won't look at a piano again. Willem
