Wooden sticker "buttons"

Clyde -

I would try drilling out the hole in the existing wood pieces with 1/8"
bit, glue some 1/8" dowel into the hole, trim flush, drill pilot hole for
the sticker wire and thread on.  Shouldn't take you but a couple minutes
on each one.
