Notes.exe is a compiled basic program written by the electronics tech
and Rutgers.  It will calculate and sound the difference between any two
pitches and calculate the cent difference or it will take any two cent
values and sound it alternately and calculate the frequency difference.

It has micro tunal controls using the function keys so you can adjust
the pitch in 1/10th, 1 cent, 10 cents and 100 cent and octaves.

Neat little program.
