Dear List: We just finished up a batch of plates using Bosendorfer bronze -- with a clearcoat poly on top. These plates look so pretty - I just want to lick 'em ! We happen to use this finish on a handful of European pianos (a couple of Bluthners and a Bosie) but I think it would look beautiful on any piano! What other techniques have you used on plates?
