Hammer felt problem

Phil, 

I have had the same problem. Use Titebond as the glue and clamp 
and you won't have problem other than the usual tone changes.

I'm working on a Knabe Console action right behind me that has 22
Bass/Tenor hammers coming unglued..i'm having a problem with getting a
few of them to stay put for me..I'm using CA and spring clamps or vice
grips..some of them are just stubborn..any suggestions left out there?
