Reed organ Keys

To anyone out there

 I have a four octave C to C portable reed organ that a customer brought in
to me. 
They tried to get someone else to recover the keys on the instrument and in
the process have lost 17 of the natural keys.  One is warped so a total of
18 naturals are needed
I need to know if someone can make me the missing keys and for
approximately how much.
It seems this instrument has much sentimental meaning for the owner.
