I use Microsoft Internet mail for my reader.  Just click on the mail menu
at the top, then select inbox assistant. This allows you to then select an
option to send posts from those you request to be sent directly to the
trash.  At that point it is obvious how to use it.  Other mail servers
would obviously use different menus!
I did this probably a year ago, and my blood pressure has been much lower. 
I don't even know he is posting unless other posters mention it.
