Hi Dick,

The plate holes often are larger than the bolts.  If you are replacing
the pin block where are you going to put it and the plate?

If you drill two tiny (1/16") holes through the plate and through the
pinblock you can reposition the new block and the old plate exactly when
you measure from the old holes and use the same measurements to position
the new block and the old plate to the new block.

Simple and accurate.
