This is extrememly valueable advice. Thank you, David, for sharing it with
you.

Here is a little different twist to this advice. I hope you don't think this
to be sermonizing, but I think it is appropriate.

Just as we should take care of our car, getting it serviced on a regular
basis, and just as we encourage our customers to take care of their pianos on
a regular basis, we should also take care of ourselves on a regular basis.

There are three way we should take care of ourselves:

1. Physically. Take care of your body by eating right, excersizing, and seeing
a doctor, (and dentist), not only when you are sick, but for regular check -
ups. (I discovered, through a routine exam, that I had high blood pressure,
for which I am now taking medication). .
2. Emotionally. Take a few days off every now and then, to recover mentally.
Taking a vacation is as important as getting enough sleep. The mind needs time
to recover.
3. Educationally. Keep reading. Go to seminars whenever you can. And attend
your chapter meetings as often as possible. And keep up with the e-mail.

Just my 2 cents worth this Sunday afternoon.
