CORRECT MESSAGE

Please I am with a serious problem  with the SAT II. In some pianos,
when I try to read the FAC numbers, I can't and the problem is this one:

1 - I put the SAT to F5 and I play F3. I tune F3 . No problems.
2 - I put the SAT to F6 and play F3 again in order to determine the FAC
moving the cents. The SAT don't read F3. I move cents again up and down
and there is no definition on the leds.
In some pianos this happens on the note F3, in others on the note D6.
Where is the problem? May be false beats? How to correct this?
