List: I want to thank the factory affiliated techs who have answered questions for us about their products. It is so much better to get the straight answer from the people who know rather than conjecture about what might be. I've never seen a reply from any of them that even hinted at commercialism that would not be appropriate for the list. We have factory people from Steinway, Yamaha, Kawai, Renner, Baldwin and probably a lot more I can't think of at the moment.
