Initially, you make a good case for yourself and others of like thinking,
Greg, by your statements,
"...if we strive to learn more...and just do quality work..."
"...as long as I do quality work, then it doesn't matter..."

Two questions enter my mind concerning these declarations of sufficiency:
What continuing education efforts do you employ to strive to learn more?
What are the measuring sticks you use to determine if the work you do is of
a quality nature?
