This afternoon I hand delivered the 2nd plastic elbow to my client. I retrieved what was left of the original envelope, my bus. card and the tape still attached to it. It did indeed look like a truck had run over it, big black marks. Still in plain sight was my large hand lettering, " please hand cancel" and underneath their stamp which read something like envelope damaged. I will be taking the evidence by my local post office to see if they will give me a new stamp since they delivered the envelope but not the goods. Yes, I really mean it. Did you also know that the little post guys in their little jeeps give you tickets if you park too close to a residential mail box so they have to get off their tush to put the mail in the box. It doesn't matter what time of day that they show up, the spot is supposed to be clear all the time. I don't get this kind of respect and stuff, why should they. I'm mad and I hope I am now over it.
