Mike: I don't know if your YC is old enough for this problem to occur, but sometimes the action brackets "grow" from crystallization of the metal. (which makes regulation impossible). The whole hammer rail height increases a few mm. If you are unable to get it to work properly, you might check this angle out. Paul McCloud
