Yes, I even purchased in impact hammer just for the Steinway. It made my
arm sore!!

The impact method may work, but the pins are sooooo tight on this piano
that it sometimes takes everything I have just to bidge a pin.  Maybe
some of the Steinways are not as bad as others.  This is really the only
paino I have that is really difficult.

Thanks for the input.  I appreciate the time.  

All in all, the people are very nice, always have me over every 6
months, and last night they said I do a better job than ANYBODY has ever
done.  So I'll grin and bear it.
