Hi Bob, The problem is simpler than you might think. Both RCT and SAT do *not* measure the fundamental below A1. You *can't* displays something that is not measured! Keep in mind that this piano had a new board and bridges installed by New York Piano Center 3 years ago. I always felt the low bass was very thin sounding. Any ideas?
