Easiest way to remove key remains is to wet the ivory and let set for a
minute or two the then work it off with a scraper or your fingers.
Stuff like epoxy, contact cement or  CA glue will not come off.

If they are soaked they will curl and will break when regluing.  Let
them dry under a board with some weight on top so they will dry flat and
reusable.

You can then sort them into five or more piles, by opacity, grain,
color, chipped, size, etc.
