Just cant resist....I agree on the discount thing.  I charge same to
everyone.  One little gimmick that impresses the customer is to dust the
piano and tighten the bench legs WHILE THE LADY IS MAKING OUT THE CHECK.. 
They likely don't know whether you did a good tuning job, but they know
about benches...I remind them that loose legs result in broken benches
which are expensive.
