SBA loans are very beneficial. 3 points over prime isn't bad at all. 

If anyone out there is thinking of expanding your business, give them a try.
The SBA also supports SCORE. These are retired executives who will give you
free advice. I know, some of you saying: free advice is worth what you pay for
it. But these guys, (and I presume some gals), know what it is all about, and
they can be very helpfull.
