Larry,
Here a question from the bushes of Holland.
When you state that you can do a set of key bushings in 2 hours -/+- , do you
mean both front and balance bushings?

Here are the times I measured once:
Steaming out front +- balance bushings 55 sec./key +AD0- 44 min./set, next time
will be faster with my newly bought steam machine.
Let the keys dry.
Make a few test keys (10 minutes) and let them dry overnight,
Bush the front 45 sec/key +AD0- 66 min./set, with self
developed tool (kind bush master, picture not available yet)
Bush the balance 51 sec/key +AD0- 75 min./set, this time is an
estimate.
Time for preparing, picking my nose and cleaning up the mess I made, 15
minutes
I use plastic cauls, no press and no heat and I never have had ( ) but
always +AHw- +AHw-.
Always got square shoulders.
The plastic cauls are available here in three sizes: 3.5mm yellow, 3.6mm
blue and 3.7mm red. I bought 3 sets with 30 of each size, so I can leave the
cauls in place for a few hours.

Jon I don't understand why I should use a keypress?
