Square grands

I have a friend who is a very good refinisher, who is looking for a square
grand to refinish and rebuild/restore.
He bought a fine Chickering Square grand from Vermont or someplace near
there last year and was going to have it shipped up, but that proved to be
very costly, but he is now wanting that one or another.  He would like to
have it done to put in a Home Show, this Oct.
We are located in Calgary...

Any ideas, or possibilities?
