   A fully equipped piano technology school. Meets
   primarily on Tuesday, students can work on projects
   other days. Costs $400 for first nine weeks, $300 
   for every nine weeks thereafter. Instruction in
   piano technology and refinishing, research and
   development.


New England Conservatory

   Offers a Steinway-affiliated master/apprentice
   program in the maintenance, tuning, and 
   reconstruction of pianos. One year course.

Admissions Dept.
   Offers two full-time nine-month courses in Piano
   Technology. Basic course covers piano tuning; grand,
   verticle and spinet regulation; essential repairs for
   piano service in the field; keyboard history; 
   nomenclature and business practices. Advanced course
   prepares students for comprehensive rebuilding of 
   verticle and grand pianos.
