Perhaps the action was NOT seated properly to begin with!!! So it may NOT be
so dumb. As we all know, some actions have to be pounded in to eliminate lost
motion because they are sprung in, this one maybe should have been pounded in
from the start. If you think that the action was NEVER removed, this may be
the case.
