Chopin in Majorca?

Please, please Les. ....

Please don't attibute George Et Fred with modern mainstream attitudes.
An introspective sort who could write those beautiful Nocturnes would never
be in a big nightclub or "having too much fun". It doesn't mix. Anybody
who could mix and swirl those sounds will not be in a noisy nightclub full
of people who really aren't listening to him. Chopin played so delicately,
it was said he could scarcely by heard. He would more likely really hate
most of the people there in the club. I also seriously doubt that Chopin
would prefer miscellaneous bodacious babes to one with an intelligent mind
and beautiful soul. Georges/Aurora took tremendously good care of him.
The problems arose because of her daughter and his own insecurities. As
for your bodacious babes, don't get me started on what I think of dumb
women who wear their bodies instead of their minds and spirits. Now,
before you jump to conclusions, I neither am a "sensible shoe wearer" in
the most prejudiced sense of that phrase, nor am I unattractive. Ask Ed
Foote, he's got my picture in my CD flyer. The point is, that should
not be an issue.

Most likely, he'd be a locally known nearly starving gifted teacher
and player today as he was then, and as so many of our most gifted players
and composers are today still.

I could go on. Fellas, I don't know about the other women here, but
I'm here for the pianos and the music, not for a glimpse into your fantasy
life.

I highly respect your opinions about pianos, Les.
