Bob Davis: Thank you for your most recent rational posts regarding the irrational verbage over HTs. I want to be the guy who can deliver what the customer wants. If they wamt Werkmeister III I want to give it to them. I think WTs have a place and I am encouraging their use here at SMU. Personally I always tune my piano to ET. I just like it better. No other reason. 58 years of listening to ET will do that to you. I think I have finally understood what our collegue from Madison is saying: "There is no one temperament that is right for every piece, but there IS one that is WRONG for every piece, ET." dave _______________________________________________ David M.
