I don't know if this will be any help but I've seen listed in "Antique
Electronic Supply" catalog several kits which allow radio restoration buffs
to electroplate small parts themselves. I remember them coming in a
variety of metal types, particularly, nickle.
They also have a Websight (which I've never visited.)
