I second Richard Cunningham's assessment of these POS's.  They cut so many
corners it's just one big "round."  I work with a small dealer who is
selling these and guess who is the one who has to do the warranty work . . .

Just a short list of the problems I noted on the BRAND NEW units:

Several notes (about a dozen) weren't hitting all three strings.  The ones
that were hitting all three strings were not hitting them simultaneously.
Each tuning pin was driven to a different depth, they ran from very loose to
very tight, they were at many different angles, and then some.  They sounded
terrible, even if the regulation and voicing was good, they just didn't have
any potential.  Even the Conover Cable I saw at Sam's Club a year ago was
better.  This piano is what is left on the bottom, AFTER they scrape and
wash out the barrel.  Junk, junk, junk.  I'd be embarrassed to sell them and
ashamed if I was the manufacturer.
