I just got back from an appointment where the client complained about the ringing of the Acrosonic (1972) after the damper pedal was released. There is no quick cut off on the sound. Damper timing and adjustments were all okay. Dampers followed the strings in all areas. Is this something that would be helped by Yamaha damper felts or is it inherent in this piano?
