Lab Safety Supply  phone 800-356-0783 or www.LabSafety.com  has lots of
small bottles. I didn't see any with attached lid brushes but if you throw
them away after use wouldn't a seperate brush work just as well.

Woodworkers Supply phone 800-645-9292 has a 16 oz bottle with a adjustable
brush but at $8.95 each I am not sure the bottle is a throw away item.
