Last one I did we placed by the glass sliding doors (opened of course), and
had a fan blowing across the pinblock area.  It didn't eliminate the fumes,
but I wouldn't have be able to survive without this arrangement.  I'm going
to have at least one more fan next time I chose to use CA Thin on the
appropriate patient.
