Balance Rail Pin Replacement

Hi John,
The easiest way I know to get all the balance rail pins the same height is to
take a hardwood dowel and drill in the center of it as deep as you want the
balance rail pin to stand. Use this dowel then to tap all the pins in till
the dowel bottoms and the pins will then all be the same height. Hope this
