Hammer rest rail bushings

Dear List,

I tuned a piano today (Baldwin spinet #987421) which had a noisy soft
pedal.  The cause of the noise was the complete absence of bushings or
grommets in which the hammer rest rail pivots.

Does one need to order these from Baldwin?  Is there some other kind of fix
for this?
