Bushing Cauls:Plastic or Brass

1. Bushing length. Over the years I have had to rebush keys that have
had the cloth inserted too far into the key mortice

I have an Exacto chisel blade that reaches into mortises to cut off
excessive felt.  It is simple and easy.  I like to check each mortise
with an otoscope for bushing length.
